ICRH Mozambique participates in the National Family Planning Meeting, Maputo, May 7-9, 2019 with the slogan: "Family Planning is not just contraception, it is a choice and decision for a prosperous future”.

The United Nations Foundation hosted a conference on the impact of weak energy supplies for delivering good health care services and how clean energy could help in creating stronger and more resilient health systems in Africa.

As a result of the ICRH Mozambique project "Acquiring knowledge for improved quality services and community involvement for greater use of family planning (IQSCI)" new buildings, made from shipping containers, were equipped to provide youth-friendly health services in the Marracuene district.

ICRH-Mozambique has been awarded a grant by the Government of Flanders to promote sexual and reproductive health and rights of younger adolescents aged 10 to 14 years.

Representatives from the Flemish universities and Universidade Eduardo Mondlane (UEM) attended the closing event of the Desafio Programme in Maputo, Mozambique from 17-19 December 2018.

Accomplishments and lessons learned from joint research projects on SRHR in Mozambique. In particular, we will focus on the partner programme Desafio that brought together researchers from Belgium and Mozambique.
